Chester de Koste

Chester de Koste(1967) is the founder and owner of De Koste REC. While studying Dutch Law at Utrecht University, he started his career as a (upcoming) lawyer at De Amersfoortse Verzekeringen.

Since his appointment in 1997 at Bouwfonds Property Finance (now SNS Property Finance) he has held various operational and leading positions in:

● Legal affairs
● Risk and credit management
● Restructuring, recovery and work out
● Structured Finance 
● Syndicated lending & distribution
● Equity Management (participations and equity stakes)

Chester has broad experience in both domestic and international financing and has held various managerial positions in joint ventures. Since 2001 he has been an ongoing member of credit committees.
